Woke up to full sized bed bugs biting me! The guy had zero reaction when I told him about it. We got out of there so fast. I feel so violated. Don’t go to room 602!
I came here and the staff was really accommodating to my troubles. I had lost my id same day I checked in and they were able to still help me for the rest of my stay . My bank doesn’t exist in California so I had issues with the holds on my card and the manager was kind and still willing to help me and wrote me a letter for my bank. Жаливий готель, холодно обігрівач не працює, при заселенні тримали довго ,хоча в мене платиновий статус на Експедия він дає можливість раннього заселення безкоштовно.Туалет не змиває, відношення до людей просто жах. Я цілий день просиділа в лоббі а заселили мене після 15, хоча були вільні номери, вимагали 55$ за раннє заселення, хоча були люди які вже не перший раз в них ,їх заселяли без оплати 55$.Номер в мене був Де-люкс, але нічого не відповідало дійсності крім розміру номера...Не повернусь сюди більше..
For a hotel that's been around since the 70's, and rebranded with a 1950's/1960's flair, it wasn't a bad stay. The complimentary breakfast included Pop Tarts and coffee, but the room, retro look throughout the hotel made the stay enjoyable.
