This hotel does not have them amenities that it advertises for. They have terrible customer service they advertise for a breakfast which they do not have the rooms are plain beds are good elevators are broken half the time. The location is good. You are in the middle of everything so if you’re staying in the hotel a lot, you’re not gonna be happy if you’re just using it to sleep you’ll be just fine.
Front end staff always a treat, Ms. Brice is the best has so much of patience and always customer centric with business acumen.
Disgusting. Booked but never stayed as there were roaches crawling on the walls and on the furniture. I was promised a refund by the desk agent the following morning and it never came. Tried calling and the manager was mysteriously always in a meeting or on another phone call so I was never refunded. Stay far away.
