Pretty rare to give a place 1 star but it cant really get any worse. I took my RAM truck in for two recalls. They told me about 4-5 days of work. 14 days later I picked up my truck with one recall unfinished as they didn't have the part. Nobody calls and explains there is a delay, gives you a new time estimate. Nothing. NO COMMUNICATION. No loaner car offered. They'll give you your car back in worse condition than you bring it in! STAY AWAY!! I brought my car here for an oil change this Saturday. Was home for the rest of the weekend. Today my Jeep had trouble starting, then later noticed the red plastic cover from the battery at the bottom of the windshield. The service was extremely poor, and the customer service was equally appalling. Don’t even try or believe their claims or bs I’m running your credit.
Came in for an oil change service. First in line 8am on a Saturday. Estimated an hour to do it. 2 hours later I go ask what's going on. Long story shortened, they broke a sensor mount off the air box while replacing the filter. Tried to glue it, and needed that extra time for it to dry. It didn't work so they tried claiming it was like that already. I know for a fact my car wasn't making a loud whistle every time the accelerator is pressed.
