The service was extremely poor, and the customer service was equally appalling. Don’t even try or believe their claims or bs I’m running your credit.
Came in for an oil change service. First in line 8am on a Saturday. Estimated an hour to do it. 2 hours later I go ask what's going on. Long story shortened, they broke a sensor mount off the air box while replacing the filter. Tried to glue it, and needed that extra time for it to dry. It didn't work so they tried claiming it was like that already. I know for a fact my car wasn't making a loud whistle every time the accelerator is pressed. I had an appointment to have leaking oil checked out and they kept my Jeep here for 2 days just to do a visual inspection. I feel the people working here didn't even look at my car until late afternoon on the 2nd day. I had to keep calling and to get an update. Would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here.
