If I can put zero stars I would!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO COME DOWN AND WASH YOUR CAR!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! They do a horrible job. Paid for their highest wash for what?! My car was still dirty. I’m glad I said no to what they were trying to sell me!! Never coming again!!!
I paid for the highest package expecting a thorough cleaning inside and out, but what I got was incredibly disappointing. The interior was still dirty — dust, debris, and crumbs left in the cup holders, vents, and even on the carpet rails. The exterior wasn’t much better, with visible dirt marks still on the bumper. For a top-tier service, I shouldn’t have to go home and finish the job myself. This was a complete waste of money and absolutely not worth the premium price.
Very displeased with the job. My husband paid extra for the detailed wash and the car was still dirty when it was returned. Not to mention they didn’t even wipe the numbers they scribbled on the windows. Definitely not returning there again.
Originally came in for silver wash, but was upsold for VIP wash so they can wipe down the interior. The interior of my car wasn’t that dirty to begin with, but my car clearly wasn’t vacuumed, and the exterior wasn’t cleaned well.
