Called for a quote. The scheduler had no idea of the price but she did schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out and sent a message to the tech department to give me a call back with the quote. She was very nice. Well, it has been around 11 days now and no one has called back with a quote to go with appointment. So I cancelled my appointment and will get my service done elsewhere. Months ago: Why is their listed number in Google Maps have some guy answer with “Hello” then not say another word??? Please update your info!!
Overpriced!! I needed my fuel filters replaced, I normally do it myself but didn’t have time. I will never pay them to do it again. They charged me over $350 for two filters that I pay $150 for the same part numbers. $505 for parts and labor is ridiculous!
This was my 3rd visit for repair of the latch on the hatch of my Fiat at Glendale Jeep Chrysler Ram Fiat and Alfa Romeo Service. The hatch would not open. On the 3rd day of waiting for service to be completed I asked how much longer it would be and he told me the technician still didn’t have a diagnosis and then when I asked for help with a loaner since it was taking longer than the 2 days he estimated it would take he texted me within 30 minutes to tell me the car was ready.
