This is the worst dealer I have ever!!! We didn't have a choice, this was the closest dealer in St. Louis area, it was hard to get an appointment. Even to get the code for a check engine you have to make an appointment. To top it all, I spent close to $ 1650 and they charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. They tell you the last minute while checking out. If they would have told me earlier, I would not have completed the maintenance work at this shop. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Such a rip off!
Called for a quote. The scheduler had no idea of the price but she did schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out and sent a message to the tech department to give me a call back with the quote. She was very nice. Well, it has been around 11 days now and no one has called back with a quote to go with appointment. So I cancelled my appointment and will get my service done elsewhere. Months ago: Why is their listed number in Google Maps have some guy answer with “Hello” then not say another word??? Please update your info!!
