Best service and installation – we decided to replace tile in our kitchen and bathrooms but we had a ton of questions. We talked to Carpet One staff and they patiently explained all our options. They have experience working with all types of flooring and were able to advise us on pros and cons of everything, from cork to tile. they allowed us to take a bunch of samples home so we could see how things would actually look in our place. At Glendale Carpet One Floor & Home, we strive to provide outstanding customer service and value. This customer asked for binding (fabric sewn to the edge) but his rug was already serged (yarn wrapped around the edge). Our sales rep claims he quoted the price for serging to match. However, he made the mistake of not having the customer sign a written quote so he knew what he would be charged. We are very sorry we fell short with this customer, and have sent him a full refund of $46.64.
