What an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I brought in my wife's Audi for some bodywork. Tyler from the very beginning was honest, Helpful, and available for questions. Bodywork Was done expertly and looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to bring my Other cars to His shop. There were lots of high-end vehicles in the shop So clearly, they have built a reputation of doing quality work.
I recently came in to have a carbon fiber wing painted to match the factory paint on my car and the end result blew me away. It looks better than the rest of my car LOL. The price was not bad at all, communication was most excellent as well - not once did I have to initiate any conversation, as they kept me well apprised of the time line and status of the part. I will not hesitate to return should I need anything else painted or even any repairs that should pop up.
Today, I stopped by to receive an estimate for the damage on my front bumper. Thankfully, Tyler was already willing to help me free of change so far. He ultimately said he would send me the final estimate and make an appointment with me to fix the rest of the damage. Another collision place that I went to asked me for an outrageous price so I am glad that I came here instead. Had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting a semi-truck tire tread and launching it into the front of my brand new M3. Tyler and his team did a fantastic job of getting me back to new. Absolutely top notch quality work and they stand by it 100%.
Had Tyler and crew repaint my front bumper and it came out absolutely perfect. I have been in the automotive detailing industry for just under 15 years and am super picky about the finish of my car. The color match. is absolutely spot on. Highly highly recommend! Easily the best in Cincinnati
