Lots of staff leaving. Admin and DON have poor skills at what they do. Many state them two have a "cold play" secret on the CEO which is why they still have a job. CEO can't let them two go. Regardless of the reason, them two ran this place to the ground with their lack of knowledge and rudeness to staff.
Edit to their reply: Just to clarify for the readers. As I stated, a portion of the place is for sale. Per your reply, it is. So I was right and didn't mislead. Your "long term care and support" is 90% of your business? As for "heart or commitment to the people here". We are sadly disappointed in this facility. My friend has been here about a week for rehabilitation services. They have only attempted to get her up once and the staff is mean to her. We spoke to the manager requesting that she be moved immediately. My friend is the nicest person in the world and there is no reason to be mean to her. It’s disgusting that she got such care. I would hate to see how much she would have digressed if this continued. Don’t come here.
