Public records reflect the administrator here is newly licensed as of a few months ago, and her Director of Nursing has no previous experience in management. Is there any doubt why this place is a joke? Remove your loved ones to a better facility. You can't say your staff has compassion while your facility only has a one star. Ensign, are you reading this? You can do better for your residents.
Lots of staff leaving. Admin and DON have poor skills at what they do. Many state them two have a "cold play" secret on the CEO which is why they still have a job. CEO can't let them two go. Regardless of the reason, them two ran this place to the ground with their lack of knowledge and rudeness to staff.
