Glencrest manor is by far the worst place to send your love ones this place constantly has bed bugs the residents are treated poorly they are serve left over food daily there is mice feces all over the house the residents are made to go to bed and get up at a certain time this place has so many state violation its ridiculous the owner is very disrespectful to the residents she yells and screams at them until the residents are scare of her the owner treats her staff like her personal slaves to run in jump at her every move sh... read more
