Entrances are almost impassable by anything except a lifted truck or canoe. Abandoned mobiles have trash piled up behind them. It's rat infested, water and sewer pipes are busted all over the park, animal control refuses service so there are stay animals everywhere. Tree limbs growing onto peoples homes because they'll only trim limbs in common areas. Debris pile for limbs and leaves grows to over a block long pile before its picked up. Interior roads are horrible. Management refuses to do their jobs, and the owners simply do not care.
