As of today I have tried for 3 days via email, voicemails & website messages to get in contact w this business about taking a unit off autopay thats been cleaned out. Per the hours on their website theyve been open every time ive tried contacting resulting in my account being overdrafted bc they refuse to answer any communication. I would not suggest renting from them on autopay bc you will not be able to contact them or utilize their website to remove thr payment. Very dissatisfied customer.
