I can't thank Debbie enough, seeing my son so promptly after he was hit in the face with a cricket bat. She was very caring and kind and is a very skilled dentist. My son was scared and upset and her calm, kind demeanour was exactly what he needed. We are very grateful for her care and expertise.

Last week I had a wisdom tooth extracted a few days later I ended up with dry socket, I was in unbearable pain, day 5 of tooth extraction I called the practice the receptionist squeezed me in as an emergency appt which I was very grateful for. Dr Debbie who was very caring and patient she used her laser (which I was skeptical about it helping with the pain) Dr Debbie used the laser on the inside and outside of my mouth also my neck, to my surprise the pain started to subside straight away which was a huge relief! Dr Quail extremely rude no introduction, no explanation until asking her 'so what happens next?' I will not recommend this service to anyone.

Took my daughter in (5years) who had tooth pains. The dental assistant was absolutely lovely, Could not fault her one bit. I then met Debbie.. Her attitude towards not only my daughter but myself was just not acceptable in my own opinion. The tone, Wording and facial expressions used while telling me I hadn’t brought my daughter in enough to a dentist was horrible (she had been in a year prior), An attempt at belittling my parenting if I had to describe it in a whole, Even my daughters dad was shocked listening to her.
