We are extremely pleased with the dental assistants. Both ladies were professional and attentive to our individual needs. Dr. Julian performed the final assessment, and he was also very professional. In every interaction, they were polite and friendly. We would highly recommend Glencoe Dental Care to everyone.
I am a new patient. The whole process of filling out information was quick and efficient. Confirmation of appointments, having my procedures done and answering all of my questions was met with kindness and clarity. Lovely experience.
Another cavity... Another fantastic visit! Truly the only place I'll open my mouth for an hour with very little to say! The staff are very professional and their fingers don't taste bad either! Such a great experience here. The staff is all so friendly and the space is very clean and has recently been all updated. The hygienist we had was absolutely amazing with my son who is 4. She let showed him all the tools and helped him pick out a toy while I checked out so he wasn't getting anxious to leave! Would highly recommend to anyone!
I am extremely disappointed with this dental office, and I will no longer be a patient of theirs. I have gone here for the past 5 years or so but the last phone discussion I had with them made me question why I ever even went back to begin with. I called to book an appointment for my younger daughter and requested a specific dentist (Natalie) as my older daughter had her previously and felt comfortable with her.
