Got panic attack while talking to him
My mother had the worst experience here. She left feeling 100% worse than before she went. Dr Jagadeesh herur was dismissive, judgemental and made it about himself at one point. Just tried pushing more medication on her. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing if you’re trying to get help and have to deal with someone like that.
Referral got bounced back and I wasn’t notified, I’ve been waiting for a response so this is a huge let down for me as I’ve been waiting months for a response and had to call today to find out that it was sent back to GP. Very disappointing.
Dr Cooray has genuinely changed my life for the better. She validated life long struggles and listened to me as I advocated for myself. She is so genuine and so kind and I’m so happy she’s my doctor. The receptionists are lovely and explained the whole process to me when I asked.
