It's been 4 years since my horrible experience seeing Dr Das and i am still traumatised. I was supposed to see another doctor at the clinic for an ADHD assessment but they booked me in with him instead. I was originally told it would be bulk billed but when I arrived they said Dr Das had a gap free around $120. I was worried as i wasnt working at the time and didnt have any money but luckily my support person covered the cost. Called to enquire about the appointment process as I have a referral and the website is down. The receptionist working 15/07/24 around 11:20 was extremely rude and dismissive. She was also condescending, asking me if I knew that I had called to glencairn consulting suites. This was all before she asked me what the referral was for and said the clinic was at capacity.
