I have a friend who had a horrible experience while trying to find a place to live here, he spoke to office staff but was told one thing then they hit him for extra deposit, Money, really no units available I told him some places are about ripping people off also based on all the reviews I read , roaches, mold, loud music , drinking I advised him to keep looking, better managed properties out their this one may one day be demolished!
No recomiendo para nada estos departamentos! Me acabo de mover, aparte de que el departamento está muy viejo y en malas condiciones me lo entregan con RATAS. voy hablar a la oficina sobre la situación de las ratas y la muchacha de la oficina que no es nada profesional no me quiere solucionar nada, me dijo que yo tenía la culpa por no checar eso antes de moverme, pero se supone que si te mueves te tienen que entregar el departamento en buenas condiciones.
They are all about money. Charged me 400 dollars for opportunity fee .that was a lie, then show me two units talking bout they move in ready. They units were not ready they had old appliances in them. The ceiling was leaking could go on but I'm looking for a lawyer .
