We have lived here for 10 years. When we moved to Omaha work associates said, "You must move to West O." We are so glad we didn't. This has been a wonderful place to live -- trails, well-kept playgrounds, open spaces, wonderful (and delightfully diverse) neighbors. The association is very responsive. The only problems have come from renters who do not live within the covenants. (But those issues can be remedied with a few people willing to make complaints.) We are transferring out of state. i have only been in this neighborhodd for almost 3 years. I have lived in almost every neighborhood and this is one of the bet yet. Very clean, everyone is friendly, you can still go and borrow a cup of sugar. I love this area. It is a wonderful place to start your family, first home or there are are that are quiter for the senior citizens
Not sure who wrote that review because I have lived in this neighborhood for years without any problems at all. People are very friendly and the area is definetly NOT "run down". There are no dogs running loose to attack you. But I guess that if you are doing something wrong or randomly walking around looking suspicious then I bet they did run you out and not too nicely.
