A lovely spot in the centre of the area which is great for exploring up and down Margaret river. Ideal for self-contained campers who like a bit of space. Right on a bit of bush for exploring and lots of wildlife around.
WOW!! What a little gem. Cheri was so helpful when we arrived. We were only staying 2 nights but extended our stay. Kangaroos, Guinea Fowls, Donkeys & birds.
Really loved Genbrook. Stayed for four nights. Two caravans, our friends and us. Lots of space, lots of kangaroos! Loved the Trees, the sky, especially by our campfire at night! Found the toilets and showers very clean. Bit of a walk to them but that was ok. My husband would have liked water so we didn’t have to skimp. Loved it!
This is the only place we stay when we’re in Margaret River. Such a beautiful and peaceful place to camp while only being 7 mins drive to the town centre. Cherie is an amazing host. We always look forward to coming back.
Don’t usually write bad reviews but the woman who runs this space is miserable, rude and very unhelpful. Called to see if there was space because a sign outside of the premises saying ‘fully contained vehicles accepted’ with her number was on show however as soon as she picked up her attitude stunk and was so unhelpful and sounded fed up. If you don’t want people to call your business and pay for services you offer then remove your number from the front of your gate when you are ‘closed’.
