Nice & I love the place but heard about the Home Owners Association that it's not doing their job right. Unfair and biased decisions. Some friends who lived there share their sentiments about how unfair it is. The do's and don'ts and when you go around the area you can also see the violations of some. In my own opinion it seems that something isn't right. I hope the officers of the association should think right and be fair. We love this neighborhood. Friendly, kind, and great neighbors all around. The hoa is fantastic & really tries to look out for the neighbors.
The homes are amazing. The community is diverse and wonderful. If you go walking down the street you should expect a neighbor giving you a bright, lovely smile.
