We moved in
My mom is 81 years old and she loves living at Glenbrier, however, they raised the rent and it’s now $817 a month. Also the residents are expected to pay a property tax of $480 for property they don’t even own. This is hardly affordable for seniors on a fixed income. This has forced me to move in with my parents so it’s more affordable
My husband and I have been looking at Glen Briar Brad the manager showed us around and was willing to let us know about the properties and the Residents that live there thank you Brad for all of your Help
The location is fantastic and the properties are very well maintained! 10/10 Highly recommend
The Manager Brad is always available and helpful. I have lived her since 2001 and I have found Brad and Kevin to be friendly and very helpful. I live next to the community garden and it is nice to have fresh produce available. The Park is looking so beautiful and well kept. I have recommended Glenbrier to my friends because it is a lovely place to live.
