A disappointing experience. The company scheduled a service appointment and cancelled at the last minute. I made multiple attempts to reschedule, contacted them by phone and email, also left a voice message but received zero response or follow-up. I tried to support local, this company was recommended by a friend in the industry. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but cancelling scheduled appointments and then not responding to multiple attempts to make contact is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
