I have dealt with the Winkler/Glenboro Vet for many years and for the most part I’ve been ok with the service. I am beyond frustrated as I needed them to send the files for my dog to a vet that’s closer to where I live. I feel that I gave them plenty of time to do this and yet I had to follow up multiple times and yet it wasn’t done or the email bounced back and they didn’t bother to call me or the vet I wanted it sent to let us know. Absolutely wonderful care and great staff.
Our senior cat had a tooth problem develop Thursday around supper. Called our vet in Carberry and was told they don’t surgeries on Fridays. As I spoke with Dr Orchard on Thursday he said call them in morning and would do there best to get him in and done. Took our cat in at 10:30 and was completed in the afternoon. Kept overnight and home the next morning. Thank you Dr Orchard and Glenboro vet clinic staff. Cuddles is doing well but 1 cat has been put off after bringing him home. Everything looks like it’s healing well
Amazing service and staff. The staff are compassionate and care very well for the animals they see. Highly recommended.
