There were so many beautiful staff. Well informed and just downright good people. For them, I would give 50 stars... Administration on the other hand, not so much. Can i give negative stars? There is something foundationally wrong there. The people making the big decisions are misinformed, and apparently too arrogant to check themselves. And the counselor i was assigned is no advocate. This relates to the sober living that residents follow upon leaving their residential stay: [Original Post] February 2025 The counselors are great. PHP / IOP is just as one might expect. The sober houses are very small in consideration of the fact it's a house realistically built for 2-4 people but hosts 6. As such, there is no private space, as you're sharing a bedroom as well. Mind you, you're paying $550/month for this. I HIGHLY doubt the mortgage on these houses is anywhere near 550 x 6 = $3,300 monthly, and they're most... read more

i wish you could leave a negative or zero rating. i tried calling this facility for help for a loved one. when i was transferred to the intake department i spoke with a woman so callous, blunt, sarcastic, and downright rude(Maureen). when people are at this stage of "recovery" they are usually struggling, in crisis, or manic, and they need someone with compassion/patience to guide them through this process. this woman (Maureen) literally scolded my loved one for having her on speaker because there was too much background noi... read more
