If I could give zero stars I would. My loved one had an phone assessment over a weekend with someone named Sue, who told us to pack a bag and get ready for a bed to be available by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. We got everything ready, made all the arrangements with my loved one's job (asking for a month off) and cancelled hundreds of dollars of gig work - and then when we called in on Monday morning we were told that 1) the Glenbeigh facility doesn't take patients unless they need medical detox, and 2) our insura... read more

Glenbeigh truly saved my life. I came in at one of the lowest points I’ve ever been in, and they gave me the structure, support, and tools I needed to turn things around. The staff actually care—they don’t just treat you like another patient. They listen, they understand, and they push you in the right direction when you need it most. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them, and I’m forever grateful.

There were so many beautiful staff. Well informed and just downright good people. For them, I would give 50 stars... Administration on the other hand, not so much. Can i give negative stars? There is something foundationally wrong there. The people making the big decisions are misinformed, and apparently too arrogant to check themselves. And the counselor i was assigned is no advocate. This relates to the sober living that residents follow upon leaving their residential stay: [Original Post] February 2025 The counselors are great. PHP / IOP is just as one might expect. The sober houses are very small in consideration of the fact it's a house realistically built for 2-4 people but hosts 6. As such, there is no private space, as you're sharing a bedroom as well. Mind you, you're paying $550/month for this. I HIGHLY doubt the mortgage on these houses is anywhere near 550 x 6 = $3,300 monthly, and they're most... read more
