I’m grateful that Prince George’s County offers an affordable housing option, and I will say the aesthetics of these units are really nice. I applied a month ago...I waited and waited no response. I called several times and at one point my name didn't show in the system for me applying after I gave them a 50 dollar money order. I called another day, one of the staff members said I'll call you back in a moment.. a whole day went by and nothing. I finally visited the rental office asking about my application....well when I finally got the chance to speak to someone I was told I was on a waiting list, which wasn't explained to me when I filled out the application. ... read more
If I can give them a zero I would I don’t like it around here. Management sucks besides the assistant manager she’s the best!!!when I signed my lease. I was told that there will be no dogs to be on the property. That this was a dog free place to live but This place is like A dog pound The dogs bark all day all night long management doesn’t do anything about it. The tenants bring their dogs outside to walk them. They poop on the ground in the grass. No one picks it up. I have mentioned it to maintenance and the rental office ... read more
