Glen Air put me through HELL along with my home warranty company (Fidelity). If this review can save just one person, it'll be worth it. DON'T GO THROUGH THE PAIN AND MISERY THEY PUT ME THROUGH! My heat was not workout so my homeowners insurance sent Glen Aire out. The technician Mike was awesome. He showed me the issues on my 35 year old unit. Yikes, I couldn't believe it was that old, it came with the house. Anyway, Dan in the office worked with my budget to do what needed done to keep it running for another winter. Dennis came in did the work, tested it and made sure our home was nice and warm before he left. Thank you all for an amazing job!
Fidelity home sent glen aire ac and heating company out to home 3x and my problem still not solved no ac for 2months.On 7/15/2024 talked to Selena and she stated I still have to deal with the same company AND THEY BE OUT 7/16 CALLED GLEN AIRE SPOKE TO SONYA SHE STATED FIDELITYCANCEL THE RECALL ORDER. TODAY 7/16 /24 ALISA IS THE CUSTOMER REP AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD and finally stated it was transfer to a new vendor and they should be reaching out to me.
Horrible customer service. Technician was very unprofessional. Came six hours late and didn't fix the issue. No one answers the phone and took over a week to get an initial appointment. will never use them again!
They lied took out freon said my system was dirty. They gave me back my old problems. If pics are need I will provide.
