Told the receptionist I had hurt my shoulder at my workplace (work cover). Waited, waited waited to be seen. 45 mins into waiting I overheard receptionist saying they didn’t have imaging, but that Springvale site did. Why didn’t they tell me this (??) waiting waiting wait. Saw rude GP who is clearly making more than she’s giving in skills/expertise. Was told they don’t do work cover and to go to my GP. Absolutely waste of time.
Great experience all round and the triage nurse H is the best I've had. So warm and frieldy. All done in under 40 mins.
Called up as my 1 year old had a fever for over 24hrs up to 39.5⁰ and was inconsolable all day. Was told by the woman on the phone that "he's probably inconsolable because he isn't feeling great. Just offer him fluids" and said that "there probably won't be much we can do for him and the doctor will say the same thing" "good luck with that". She asked 0 triage questions about him and completely dismissed it with 0 care. Getting him seen by his GP as soon as i can tomorrow. Waste of my time to seek help from this service. I'm... read more
