Went here today and see Dr Jenny McConnell, she was very kind and helpful. Wound definitely recommend Glen Waverley priority primary care centre
I had a wonderful experience at Epping Family Medical & Specialist Centre. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, experienced, and caring. The reception team was especially friendly, polite, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended!
Despite being within the time limit and seeing my daughter distressed, sent us away to another clinic and refused to see her. That clinic also wouldn't want to see any distressed children because they want to finish on time. So much for caring for patients or people that need medical support.
Absolutely bloody awful experience. If your kid is seriously unwell, honestly, don’t waste your time coming here. You’d be better off sitting in a hospital emergency department waiting room. My child was absolutely knocked around with a viral cold on Friday night. We waited nearly 2 hours just to see a nurse, then waited another 30 minutes. I asked when my child would actually see a doctor, only to be told the doctor had gone on a break — and there was still another patient ahead of us. I had been running a fever for three days and had been taking medication at home for three days. When I finally got to the clinic, the receptionist told me to go buy a flu test from the pharmacy. The result came back negative for influenza. Then I waited another half hour before finally seeing the doctor. After checking my temperature and my body and finding it was 39°C, the doctor simply said, “It's just a normal virus.
