Glen Villa Resort hid behind a rigid 48-hour cancellation policy to refuse a refund 3 hours after booking, showed zero flexibility even when BookEasy contacted them, and paired that greed with tiny, no-privacy powered sites full of concrete slabs you can’t peg into — absolute cash grab, avoid at all costs.
Staff were very unhelpful in terms of booking and we were charged additional money for a night we couldn’t even make. Spot had no privacy at all and was very tight. Pretty big waste of money.
