Fourth time in our van here and this year it’s not very well looked after especially the amenities block with broken taps, broken shower arms, leaking taps, blocked toilet in the ladies, locked toilet cubicles and locked shower cubicles . Upon talking with neighbours found out that they all payed less than us for the same period of time and when asked about it staff blaming other staff but no refund offered. Least amount of people there than all the other years we have stayed so thinking they are not getting return business ... read more
I've been traveling with my 2 brothers and my parents for 3 weeks and this is the first time we've been so badly received at a campsite. The staff refused to welcome us, saying that it was forbidden to sleep 3 in our vehicle. The only choice was to buy a tent and take another pitch, or go elsewhere knowing that it was late and nothing was available. Fortunately, the First Sun campsite came to our rescue with its admirable staff. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU READ THAT
