Rating: 1 Star Review: Extremely unprofessional front desk service. I understand that booking errors happen, but the receptionist's reaction was completely uncalled for. There was no attempt to help, only a condescending and rude attitude. The front desk is the face of any medical practice, and this level of customer service is simply unacceptable in the healthcare industry. It reflects very poorly on the clinic’s management. Disappointing.
