BAD SERVICE SHOP! I got my tacoma back after the first 10k mile service with a stripped bolt on the skid plate under the engine, they had the ba*** to give back a vehicle with a vibration noises, I contacted them and contacted toyota.com as well, both promised that manager will contact me and never did. I had to take the truck to a mechanic to repair it for me.
I came in to look for a new vehicle with my wife. John Doyle was very professional, helpful and gave us the time we needed. I am appreciative with good salesman, Glen Toyota should hold on to John, Thanks. and good work!
