We were having a big party at 3pm on December 27th and we became desperate at 1pm when my septic backed up we found them on Google, He told me that they were on a job but if he could spare someone he would send them over. By 3pm the septic was repaired and, the party went on. If we ever need a plumber again (which we probably will) this company is my go to. The gentleman that came to the house was personable and professional and knew exactly what was required….great work guys!

Yesterday we had the bad luck of a toilet flood on the Monday of a long weekend. Thankfully, Giovanni from Glen the Plumber arrived!! He was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, provided short term and long term solutions, and then took action. I would recommend Giovanni to anyone.

Had leak from trap in powder room bathroom. I called the main number and spoke with Glen. Very pleasant and professional. He had one of his guys call me back who was also very pleasant and professional. I texted him some pics of the leak and they sent someone approx. one hour later. Steve attended to do the repair. Very professional for a younger guy...which is not always the case these days....he even called me "Sir" and gave me some info/advice on a bathtub cartridge I cant find a replacement for.
