Wanted to look at the Watertower Apts. in SGF called on a Thursday set up a appt. for a Monday. Told Kelly I've got great references I live in a great condo and want and need to move to SGF appt. is set. Monday comes around and I call to verify the appt. and ask what apt. we are meeting at. She then tells me condescendingly that I was mistaken and yadda yadda. They may have great apts. but could actually improve on their CSR skills.
