Great staff and doctors
I arrived at my first appointment to find out they cancelled it. I drove 40 minutes to get here & there was nothing they were able to do to correct their mistake. They tried to tell me I had cancelled my appointment, which I had not.
I arrived at my appointment feeling well; I walked. Upon Dr. Tulis's entry, I immediately noticed he was wearing rubber gloves and surveying the room, even under the sink. He briefly touched behind my knee with a rapidly absorbing substance and removed the gloves as he left. Moments later, he returned with two unidentified men in suits. I became alarmed and shouted for help, requesting someone call 911 as my consciousness and muscle control began to impair. My husband had a PRP procedure earlier today at the clinic. Dr. Isabelle Hedayag and her team were extremely friendly, professional and fully competent. They had such great attitudes and it made his experience stress free and we came away feeling he had had the best treatment possible.
