Basirat Folawiyo was great informative, professional and friendlyĀ
Itās a good general practitioner place. Not very busy and the doctor and staff are helpful. I would suggest calling them and booking an appointment before hand so you are not waiting for days. Itās also not very busy most days of the week and you can find solutions to most physical issues/ ailments there. If you are new to the country you can register with them via online portal and tell them your details and youāll be registered.Ā
Generally good staff but they won't accept any way of booking an appointment that is not through an online form. I have tried to fill it 5 times and the 5 times it sent me back to the beginning after I clicked on send. I tried to call but under no circumstances they will do anything that is not telling you to fill the form. Very poor way to look after peopleĀ
I had an appointment with Nurse Beverley today and I was very pleased with it. I was seen on time and Beverley made me feel at ease. The whole appointment went smoothly and the procedure wasnāt as painful as I thought itād be. Thank you Beverley šĀ
