I have lived at The Reserve for the past 5 years and love it. Beautifully maintained building. So easy to get to the city and so close to all the Montclair shops and restaurants. People in the building are very nice.
Not that great.
I rented unit 301 in the Reserve for over one year and so thankful that the owner agreed to end our lease early. While the building is well maintained and the unit seemingly beautiful, it is tremendously flawed. The heating/cooling is inefficient as it is either incredibly hot or cold without any consistency. Utilities avg over $500 a month, being conservative with use, there was a leak from somewhere that entered the master bath, you can hear the elevators as they are right outside the walls and overall construction of the ... read more
