Low quality care , neglectful and unprofessional
This rehab facility has changed my view on rehabilitation facilities. My husbands grandfather stayed here after having surgery to repair a broken hip. After about a week the physical therapist had him up and walking, his phone in his room wasn't working properly maintenance had it fixed that day, and the admission staff & records staff helped us with all the needed paperwork for insurance so he wasn't stressed. Prompt and knowledgeable.very kind and respectful which is rare in society today.
They have done great with my mom to get her back on her feet again.
This place is horrible. My grandma has only been there for a day and these people are not taking care of her they way they should be.. she is in the rehab part, they had the nerve to ask her if she wants them to pull the plug... what kind of question is that.. the food is horrible they gave her burnt toast it was black black. They're not giving her her meds when they're suppose to.... please please please do not put a loved one in this horrible place.
My daughter has been in this facility for almost 2 yrs now. I am working on bringing her home. The care has been minimal. My daughter is just existing in a bed there. Hasn't had dental care etc.... They don't even wash her face or brush her hair. No range of motion therapy. I do most of her care.
Do not put a loved one in this facility. You can press the call button all night long no one comes. Dirty towels laying on bathroom floors, sheets were dirty. Find a better place!
My dad was transferred here and on the first night he did not get a diaper change and he slept in a wet bed all night. There are four CNA's to 45 patients right now and the nurses do not help.
I honestly wish I could rate it '0' stars. I was extremely dissapointed with the nursing home after my grandma started living there. The staff treated her terribly, often times they were very rude and would make her wait an unnecessary amount of time to use the bathroom. Some of the staff was also very rough leaving bruises on my poor grandmother's arms.
