The worst receptionists/front-desk staff you will ever come across or have the displeasure of dealing with, which is an incredible shame considering the quality of my doctor; my doctor is wonderful! The front-desk staff/receptionists must either have some leverage over the doctors to remain employed, or this is a gross manifestation of nepotism where they are related to the owner or one of the doctors--that poor soul. Installations seem clean however front desk staff was super disrespectful and when asking simple service questions she responded very rudely and unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back because of that.
Never had a negative experience with Dr. Forcina but the office experience is miserable and is why I'm rating my experience a 1/5. Hopefully they retrain the front staff, as they rarely answer calls . Seriously, when you walk in all you can hear is the phone lines ringing. The waiting room is akin to radio station with the influx of callers trying to book their appointments for the 10th time this hour.
