My two cats and my dog all come to see Dr B and the team - we are so happy with the care we receive ☺️ Bec and all the vet nurses are so caring, they love our animals like their own. Their prices are very reasonable, and they take their time explaining things, and are always happy to take calls if we have worries. Highly recommend.
I had my cat’s dental cleaning and extraction done here. The procedure itself went fine, but the experience afterward has been a complete nightmare. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional and disorganized. I’ve called twice and it’s been over two weeks, and they still haven’t sent the proper documents for my insurance claim. All they had to do was include the clinic’s name on the consultation notes — such a basic request — yet they can’t seem to manage it. Totally unacceptable. My pup Indy has had a traumatic time as a pup and does not allow her nails cut. Chris and Bec were so patient in sedating Indy which took higher than expected doses due to her heightened anxiety. They were patient and kind and got her nails done and provided antibiotics for the one that had been split prior to our arrival. Thank you Chris and Bec for taking such great care of Indy. Happily sleeping now with her paws tucked right up.
