Took my Yamaha AV receiver about 3 weeks ago, left $30 deposit so they can check it out. Received a call 2 days later, they ordered the part for the repair. Called 1 week later, they did not receive the part. Called couple of days later, still no part. Called again, they said they ordered the WRONG PART and ordered it again. I ask if they can accommodate by lowering the service cost and the guy laughs and just said sorry for the delay. 3 weeks now and i still have not heard from them.
