Hello,I have lived on this property for 15 years and in the short few years that Ivey lane,has bought and taken over the property my rent has doubled and there is many issues that you should be be concerned about by moving here. If you don't like to sleep,or feel safe,this may not be the right choice for you. I could write a book on how little concern this property has for your safety and well being. I heard it's really a nice place to live but they had increased the price of rent the last years! $500/ month it's almost the rate of an apartment. I was contemplating the idea of moving to this location but I guess that's not happening. That's really sad.
