Saturday afternoon. The office is closed. I called Dr Shah! His cell. He answered. I said, I am heading to you. I broke my tooth!! Dr Shah, says calmly, “patient pushing” ( my name for this post ) we are closed and I am away in Colorado. For some insane reason, I insisted that I need to see someone. Dr Shah Listened!!!
