worrst customer service ever. Went thru with him as parents and grandparents had used him and recommended him and now they regret it. didn't get the insurance I needed so wanted him to call me to fix my policy, to no call back for weeks. I got a better faster response from a bigger company then a local agent like Glen Neely, plus 40 dollar cheaper with smaller deductibls. Im really disappointed
