Terrible service. All they care about is getting your money. Customer service rep was rude when asking a question so I left a d will never return. This is exactly why I hate doctors offices and never get tests done. I’d rather Roll the dice and take my chances then deal with these folks.
I know they are understaffed like everyone but it's impossible to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone (usually get the answering service) and when they do they put you on hold forever.
The staff at the desk are nice but both times I have been here I have had long waits to see Dr Kazlo. Today, I waited almost 40 mins in the exam room for her. During this time...I asked the nurse how much longer will the Dr be and she said "she is making her way down the hallway with patients" and didn't know how much longer I would have to wait. Five thumbs up for Elana Kazlo👍👍 She really spent the time figuring out a lot of issues that I had. I went to an ENT to try to figure out my chronic stuffy nose and she knew way more about it than the ENT did. She figured out the best blood pressure medicine for me to be on based on an integrated view of all my health issues, not just one.
