Last year, I submitted a complicated litigation case around July 2023. I called back for a follow-up & talked to Councilman Mahoney (the co-owner). As I anticipated, Mr. Mahoney had declined my case. He felt my claim has expired past the limited statue. It was his legal opinion & strictly wants to play it safe within the 3 year statue which is understandable.
