I had the best experience with Dr. Pierson. I ended up being an unscheduled C-Section since I was scheduled on a Monday and I went into labor the Friday before. She and the team were very professional and everything went great during my surgery. She is easy to talk too and answered all of my questions. Dr. Novosel is my regular OB-GYN and she is very personable and my visit with her is always pleasurable even when I hate doing my yearly exam. I have referred all of my girlfriends to this group of awesome doctors.
have been a patient of Dr. Cracker and this practice for many years until recently and I will never go back,and I encourage no one to go this practice. I am in perfect health and went in for my annual routine exam. Dr.Cracker asked me if I wanted a prescription renewed and I said yes. I have been taking this prescription for years so this was nothing new. I had no other aches, pains or issues. He charged me for this "discussion" and I have been billed $90.11 for this. Wonderful experience on all fronts. I totally disagree with any rude staff comments below. They are very sweet. This is my second baby and I feel like they know me and care about me. I like all of the doctors. I can only remember 1 time when the wait time was too long. They have always taken my concerns seriously. Dr. Foiles delievered my first baby and had wonderful bedside manner. I would be happy with any of the doctors delivering my second boy.
I have been a patient at Glen Meade for over 28 years and ever since they became part of NHRMC the practice has gone down hill. Phone calls are not returned. When you try to leave a message the recording tells you that "box" is full and you can not leave a message. When you finally get to see the Doctor they are great but the staff follow up and behind the scene assistance is terrible, to the point my daughters and I will be looking for a new OBGYN.
A couple of the doctors are good. But, the administrative staff is miserable, rude, and slow. After two awful visits to "Building B", I refuse to go there and use the Brunswick Forest or Autumn Hall locations for glucola, ultrasound, etc. The "Building B" staff are the worst I have ever encountered. Please know that you do not HAVE to use that location. Brunswick Forest is excellent and Autumn Hall is friendly as well. The doctors are great but the supporting staff need work. They are rude. Correne, who performed my first ultrasound had a major attitude. I was flustered and nervous, as many pregnant women are during their first ultrasound and did not understand her directions. I ask again what she meant and she just rudely repeated herself three times as if she had no time for me and I was a nuisance. Everyone at Glen Meade has been very friendly and helpful since the very beginning. The staff, including the nurses, the receptionists, and my doctor all have a great attitude and sense of humor (which is important to me). They are very caring and comforting.
