Glen Lake Electric (Colin) actually visited my house, in the midst of a snowstorm) to diagnose and repair some electrical issues. He stuck with the problem and eventually fixed it and identified some other potential safety issues. Very pleased with the results.
I forwarded a punch list of items. The owner called to say they would be out to my house. I figured they wanted to visit the site like EVERY other contractor has done for every service. On said day, some young dude comes out with his tool bag ready to work. No estimate or discussion of cost previous to his arrival. I sent him packing and the owner calls me all belligerent that I wasted HIS time and money. Seriously. Who does business like this? Just charge me whatever at the end of your work? Completely out of line.
Can't remember the young man's name that hooked up my pull but he was awesome. They were all pleasant to deal with and quick.
