Customer service of Glen Haven is a atrocious. Buried a family member on Oct 28, 2022. Cemetery official reported by email that their bronze marker had arrived on January 30, 2023. Was told it would be set soon and they would let us know when it was done. I've been checking each month and now after five months later, it has still not been set. Was told to call the general manager. Glen Haven will tell you he is working at their other cemetery near by. If you call that cemetery, they will say he is working out of Glen ... read more
My family is burried here. In the last year this place has thrown away our decorations. I understand that the clear in spring but my grandkids had placed items on the headstone that meant something to them and they had thrown those away. We went out 2 weeks before mothers day and place items on the graves. Came back mothers day and they were gone. Put more out on memorial day and went today for my fathers anniversary and they were all gone again. This is very upsetting to me. In the last 5 years we had no problem until this ... read more
