Customer service of Glen Haven is a atrocious. Buried a family member on Oct 28, 2022. Cemetery official reported by email that their bronze marker had arrived on January 30, 2023. Was told it would be set soon and they would let us know when it was done. I've been checking each month and now after five months later, it has still not been set.
