We had our pool built and maintained our pool and repaired. Our pool is now crumbling. The company has no stood behind their product or service. We even paid for repairs. The pool is crumbling. We have not been able to get the specs or received timely response. The pool is just over 15 years old. My father has a pool built in 1975 with none of these problems and another family pool is from the 1950 and never has "crumbled" This company has shoddy product and shoddy service. Beware.
