We've been with Glen and State Farm for nearly fifty years--auto, homeowners, life, boat and have never had a problem. Always excellent service.

My family has had this car insurance forever and I've had it since I started driving at 18, so 17 years now. Always get my questions answered right away. They pay my tow bills and offer split payments as well as a monthly plan. Over the years I've looked into other insurances and with my discounts this is by far the least expensive. Glen and Diane are very knowledgeable and I've never had a problem.
I've been with State Farm for 25 years but my dealings with Glen Friedl have convinced me to switch companies. They have NO customer service. They are unresponsive and dismissive when corporate State Farm had wrong information concerning drivers under my policy and vehicles at my house they promised to find out why. After repeatedly calling them (because they wouldn't call me) to learn of any progress -of which there was none - I've told them to cancel
