Today I had my weekly session with Molly. I'm grateful for her knowledge in providing customize exercise I needed during one of my MS muscle cramps, spasms and stiffness episodes.

The Glen Fitness Studio is a welcoming environment. They are accepting and accommodating. I spent years dreading the gym. It was such a relief to be welcomed by the Glen fitness team. A weight was lifted, in more ways than one. The first thing Barb said to me was "The hardest part about the gym is stepping through the door." How right she was. A few months later, I am noticing changes. Huge improvements in my stamina, strength and mobility.

I LOVE this place! There is a real PERSONAL FEELING at this boutique style gym where everyone knows your name and all fitness levels are welcomed. Barb and her crew are amazing!

I have been seeing Jacob for 5 months now and am beyond impressed. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and you can tell how much he truly enjoys his profession. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to start personal training.
