Great service and care towards their patients!
My husband had cataract surgery on his one good eye on May 1. We received his prescription for new glasses at the end of May. He has had his glasses for one week. We went back to where the glasses were prepared and after a very lot of discussion and tests we were told he couldn’t see out of them because the prescription is incorrect. Dr Hite Is a good Dr I had a bungee cord injury last summer great fully it was not as bad as it could have been I went to ER and he examined me I needed to be seen by a retina surgeon as well I had my appointment to day for fallow up every 6 months still having visions issues and drove hour and 30 minutes I was 18 minutes late they told me I had to reschedule even if I waited 3 hours do to cotued eye issues it took me 2 1/2 months to get in !! I've had 2 appointments canceled without as much as a phone call to notify me. The first one was canceled a month in advance, supposedly due to a medical emergency on the day of my appointment! I don't understand how you can schedule a medical emergency a month in advance for my specific appointment time? I didn't get notified until the day of my appointment when I walked into the office!
