Glen Erin Animal Hospital cared for our dog Suzie for many years, and we were always grateful for the attention, professionalism, and kindness they showed her throughout her life. When the time came for us to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye, the veterinarians and staff showed such compassion and empathy during one of the hardest moments for our family. I would like to thank Dr. Thompson and all the staff for taking such great care of Candyce and Jimmy over the years. Thank you for the kindness, compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately we are now a pet free home. So this isn't a goodbye, but hopefully see you later !
Dr Jen Thompson & team came highly recommended and after a few visits with my two fur babies, I can see why. The entire staff are so lovely. There is always a warm welcome, whether it be on the phone or in person. I am really pleased with the care, knowledge & compassion received thus far. The atmosphere at the hospital is very calm and I LOVE the fact that there is a designated area for “cats only” As an owner of senior pets I sincerely appreciate Dr Jen’s understanding and her gentle approach to their ongoing treatment
