I would like to thank Dr. Thompson and all the staff for taking such great care of Candyce and Jimmy over the years. Thank you for the kindness, compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately we are now a pet free home. So this isn't a goodbye, but hopefully see you later !
Dr Jen Thompson & team came highly recommended and after a few visits with my two fur babies, I can see why. The entire staff are so lovely. There is always a warm welcome, whether it be on the phone or in person. I am really pleased with the care, knowledge & compassion received thus far. The atmosphere at the hospital is very calm and I LOVE the fact that there is a designated area for “cats only” As an owner of senior pets I sincerely appreciate Dr Jen’s understanding and her gentle approach to their ongoing treatment
My experience here in 2021 was terrible. I brought my parrot in for what I knew was a normal egg-laying process, just seeking guidance. The vet, Dr. Jennifer Thompson, misdiagnosed it as an urgent issue and administered drugs to force my bird to lay a premature egg with an unfinished shell—a procedure that could have been fatal. She also gave a Lupron shot that was supposed to stop more eggs, but it failed completely. I was charged more than $800 for treatments that not only didn't work but put my pet in serious danger.
